A range of other features and points of interest (POI) can be usefully added to our reference data. Simply let us know what you want, and we’ll show you what’s possible.

We currently supply the following additional data for some of our customers:
 

• Tax offices
  For each building in our buildings file, we supply the applicable tax office along with key information such as the tax office number, type of tax office/name of the tax office, address of the tax office, information on whether it’s a main branch or subsidiary branch, etc. This supplement is currently utilized by insurance companies.
   
• Courts
  We can also indicate the competent court for each building. In this case we provide the following information: type of court, court number, name of the court, address of the court, superior court.
  This data is currently utilized by life insurance companies.
   
• Features data
  The AZ DIAS Audience Targeting System is the only information database of its kind in Germany. AZ DIAS contains extensive data on the features of more than 41 million households, 70 million individuals and 21 million buildings, thereby offering valuable insights.
  
  These features can also be added to our reference data on the various levels. As a result, we can supply the following statistical information:
   
  • Number of households
  • Number of companies
  • Building use
  • Residential area classification
  • Proximity to retail
  • Purchasing power
  • Industrial estates
     

• Points of Interest (POI)
  We also produce numerous POI lists from the OpenStreetMap data and data from other suppliers and sources. We currently supply our customers with 48 different POI lists. These POIs can be supplied in conjunction with our building directory, and they include:
   
  • Pharmacies
  • Nursing homes
  • Bookshops
  • Hotels
  • Parking garages
  • Camping sites
  • Holiday homes
